Aim of the position

The position of administrative assistant is aimed at working hand in hand with the chief financial officer for the correct execution of the administrative tasks required. This person will have to guarantee the correct operation and problem solving for problem regarding companies’ service offices In Colombia & Houston, Texas. Managing Colombia & USA accounting operations, complete all interior company required reports , application for various Ministry in Columbia including DIAN (Form 200 & 400) this means cross market and conference time responsibilities with people in different locations worldwide.

Main tasks and responsibilities

This person will have under his/her responsibilities payroll duties, data entry, problem solving, research with regards to business activities, managing communications with local and national government agencies, managing communications with employees associated with the operation of the company working abroad, report update and duties applied to an accountant for a financial company working within the Colombian legal sector
